Shipping Information

Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC arranges all freight shipments directly through trusted carriers. Available shipping methods include Courier (for smaller case-packed orders), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) for 1–6 pallets, Partial Truckload (PTL) for mid-sized orders, and Full Truckload (FTL) or ocean container shipments for large orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, pallet count, weight, dimensions, and any required services such as lift-gate or residential delivery

All pallets are standardized at 40″ × 48″, shrink-wrapped, and stacked with heaviest items on the bottom, following carrier packaging guidelines. Pallet height is limited to 84″ to comply with typical freight regulations. Where needed, we apply edge protectors, banding, padding, and anti-slip materials to secure the load .

A lift-gate service is included automatically for delivery locations without loading docks or forklifts. Lift-gates support pallets up to approximately 2,000 lb and standard dimensions. Customers should indicate residential or commercial delivery addresses at checkout, as residential deliveries may incur additional fees.

All shipments include a Bill of Lading (BOL), and commercial invoices are provided for international shipments. Tracking information is shared via email once shipping is booked . Basic insurance coverage is included, and full cargo insurance is available upon request. Claims for damage must be accompanied by delivery notes and evidence, such as photos or video, taken prior to signing delivery documents.

For local warehouse pickups, appointments are required. Drivers must present a matching BOL and adhere to scheduled pickup times. Missed appointments by more than two hours may be refused. Orders left beyond five business days at the warehouse incur a storage fee of $7 per pallet per day, and cancellations without pickup may incur a 10% restocking fee.
