Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC website and services. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the website or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Minors are prohibited from making purchases or accessing the services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to view and use the content for order placement and tracking. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inaccurate pricing, inaccuracies in product or order information, or suspected fraud. We attempt to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. If an error results in an incorrect total, we will notify you and may cancel or update the order.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping methods, rates, and timelines are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery section. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer according to the shipping terms chosen at checkout (e.g., FOB Shipping Point or Destination). When the carrier picks up the shipment, the risk of damage or loss transitions to the buyer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other associated charges. Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC is not liable for any customs delays, fees, or charges.
Inspection & Claims
Upon delivery, you must inspect all pallets immediately. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. You must notify Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC in writing and provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery to initiate any damage claim. Failure to do so may void claims.
Returns & Restocking
Due to the nature of liquidation pallets, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless there is a confirmed packaging/labeling error or damage traceable to our handling. In such cases, we may issue credit or replacement at our discretion. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Storage & Pickup
If orders are arranged for local pickup, appointments are required. Unscheduled pickups, arrivals more than two hours late, or pickups not completed within five business days may incur storage fees of $7 per pallet per day. After 5 days, Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and apply a 10% restocking fee.
Insurance
Basic carrier liability is included; however, it is limited. Insurance beyond standard coverage is available upon request and is the buyer’s financial responsibility.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged, including shipping details, pricing, and account data, is considered confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information except as required by law or to perform this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, even if advised of potential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant purchase.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of the site, or violation of law.
Force Majeure
Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government actions. We will notify you in writing if performance is delayed or impossible for any such reason.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Quick Liquidation Pallets LLC relating to its subject matter. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements are superseded.
